3. Rights and obligations of the parties.

3.1. The model has the rights to:

3.2.11. Promise the clients actions which are forbidden by this agreement or legislation.

3.2.12. To have more than one account at the site.

3.2.13. Give negative comments about other models.

3.2.14. Make actions intended to reregister the clients by affiliate link.

3.3. The model is obliged to:

3.3.1. Show attention to the clients.

3.3.2. Disconnect from the video chat in case she needs to leave the site for more than 20 seconds.

3.4.the model agrees that the administration of the site is the exceptional and sole owner of the rights to all the downloaded and places data on the site, without limits of territory and terms.

3.5.The administration has the right to:

3.5.1. At its own discretion make amendments to this agreement.

3.5.2. Modify the site to its own discretion,

3.5.3. Change the prices of the model’s services.

4. Responsibilities of the parties

4.2. The model is fully responsible for the security if her personal data (login, password). All the actions which are done by the third parties when using the account of the model, are considered as done by the model.

4.3. Administration is not responsible for the work of Internet, separate units of the net, particular providers, other users of the Internet.

4.4. Administration is not responsible to the operation of computer and software of the model.

4.5 The parties are not responsible for partial and full non-compliance with the terms of this agreement in the circumstances force major (fire, acts of God, military acts, etc.)

5. Period of validity of this agreement and its cancellation

5.1. This agreement comes into force on the date of the acceptance of this agreement.

5.2. This agreement comes into force starting from the date of its confluence and is valid during unlimited period till the moments of its cancellation.

5.3. This agreement can be canceled at any time by the administration in its sole discretion and account can be deleted without explaining the reasons.
